If you open the file, the SirCam code will execute, and you'll get infected yourself. You need a "SirCam Cleaner" to make the file viewable.
Enter the SirCam stripper - it will remove the SirCam code and leave you with the original file, which can then be opened safely.
NOTE: The stripper program leaves the original, infected file alone, and creates a new, safe file. DO NOT double-click the original file, as it is still infected. Look in the same directory for a new file with the same name. Play safe! Don't double-click the file in Windows Explorer -- load the application first (Word, Excel, etc), and then use File, Open to view the file. If you use this method to open the file, you cannot get infected with the SirCam virus.
